When we walked Travis through the space, he came up with some very good design solutions that would make it “un-weird”. Black Oak renovated the home, in budget, and on time, and the home turned out absolutely beautiful! The changes in the before and after photos are astounding, and we love our new home.”

After searching the Heber valley, we finally found a beautiful replica farmhouse in Midway that had just been built by Black Oak Builders.  Black Oak used many of the finishes from the old farmhouse that had stood there for over 100 years prior.  The unique and nostalgic design, and the use of the original materials, caught our attention.  We knew we had found our new home.”

“First, Travis helped us find and purchase our amazing homesite! Then the Black Oak team designed our custom home from scratch, and over the next 15 months, built our beautiful dream home! The homesite had some slope to it, so the design and flow was intricate and technical, but perfect for what we wanted in our home! Black Oak helped us visualize how the home would sit on the lot, how our indoor pickleball court, and large trex deck would overlook the beautiful east Heber hillsides. We received 3D renderings before building, that helped us visualize our project and make decisions before we even start construction. This helped so much, and probably saved thousands in changes that we may have made later. Also, Travis and Eric were always accessible during the entire build process. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us immediately. It was truly a pleasure working with them. We moved into our new custom home several months ago and absolutely love the home that Black Oak designed and built for us!”
